Nao HAMAMUKI to receive the 4th JSPS Ikushi Prize

Nao HAMAMUKI will be awarded the 4th JSPS Ikushi Prize by Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. Nao HAMAMUKI, a PhD student in the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, the University of Tokyo, is honored for his work on "Crystal growth phenomena and Hamilton-Jacobi equations".

Nao HAMAMUKI is an awardee of the 2013 MSJ Takebe Katahiro Prize for Encouragement of Young Mathematicians.

JSPS Ikushi Prize has been established upon an imperial donation to encourage young researchers, especially PhD students.
