MSJ Spring Meeting 2026
For Prospective Members Who Wish to Give a Regular Talk
At the MSJ Spring Meeting and Autumn Meeting, oral presentations in the Regular Session are limited to members of the Mathematical Society of Japan (MSJ).
Those who are in the process of joining the MSJ may also give a regular talk, provided they complete the procedures 1–2 below by the designated deadlines.
1. Application for a Temporary Account to Use the Online System
Applications for regular talks and the submission of abstracts must be made via the online system. Please first apply for a temporary account to access the system.
Send an e-mail to the MSJ Secretariat (member(at)mathsoc.jp) with the subject line “Application for Temporary Account” and complete the following information:

The e-mail address provided here will be used as your account ID. A message will be sent to this address to set your password. (The manual for this procedure is available here.)
- Application Period for Temporary Account:
- October 23 (Thu) – November 13 (Thu), 15:00 JST
- Submission Period for Application and Abstract of a Regular Talk:
- October 24 (Fri), 0:00 – November 14 (Fri), 23:59 JST
2. Submission of Membership Application Form / Payment of Entrance Fee and First Membership Fee
By November 19 (Wed), you must complete both of the following:
a) Submit the membership application form.
b) Pay the entrance fee and the first membership fee.
Please note that the required documents and fees differ depending on whether your affiliation (or residence, if unaffiliated) is inside Japan or outside Japan.
