Tomoyuki ABE, Syu KATO and Kazumasa KUWADA will be awarded the Young Scientists' Prize

Tomoyuki ABE, Syu KATO and Kazumasa KUWADA will be awarded the Young Scientists' Prize of the Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, FY2013. Tomoyuki ABE, an assistant professor at Kavli Institute for the Physics and Mathematics of the Universe (IPMU), the University of Tokyo, was recognized by his researches on the foundation of arithmetic D-modules theory and Langlands correspondence. Syu KATO, an associate professor at the Graduate School of Science, Kyoto University, was recognized by his research on Exotic Deligne-Langlands correspondence. Kazumasa KAWADA, an associate professor at Graduate School of Humanities and Sciences, Ochanomizu University, was recognized by his research on heat distribution based on the theory of optimal tranportation.

Tomoyuki ABE, Syu KATO and Kazumasa KUWADA are the awardees of 2011 MSJ Takebe Katahiro Prise.
