Dear Prof. Takashi Tsuboi,
It is with strong feelings of concern and solidarity that we read the message that you posted on the MSJ web page on March 19. We see the mathematical community of Japan has been hit by the tragedies that have struck a country that we deeply love and admire.
On behalf of the members of the Catalan Mathematical Society, I want to join the voices of other colleagues from around the world who have already expressed sympathy, friendship and admiration to your society and to the whole people of Japan in these moments of difficulty and sorrow.
