Kouji YANO to receive Young Scientists' Prize
Kouji YANO will be awarded 2010 Young Scientists' Prize by the Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Kouji YANO, an associate professor at Kobe University is recognized for his outstanding contributions to "Study of limit theorems based on excursion theory". The purpose of the prize is to give recognition to young researchers under 41 who have done researches which are ground-breaking or based on a very original point of view.
