OGATA Yoshiko was awarded the 2nd Inoue Science Research Award

OGATA Yoshiko was awarded the 2nd Inoue Science Research Award by Inoue Foundation for Science. OGATA Yoshiko, an associate professor at the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, University of Tokyo is recognized for her outstanding contributions to "Large deviations in nonequilibrium and equilibrium states of quantum systems". The objective of the award is to support promising young researchers, who have already achieved remarkable results in basic research in natural sciences, to develop pioneering reserach achievement in a very original and independent way.

OGATA Yoshiko was an awardee of the MSJ 2007 Takebe Katahiro Prize for Encouragement of Young Researchers.
