Basically, there are three ways.
- Take
Narita Express.
It takes about 90 minutes and the fee is 3390 JPY.
Please notice that there are some Narita Express which does not stop at Shibuya Station.
- Take
Keisei Line (Sky liner)
and change at Nippori station and take Yamanote Line.
It takes about 90 minutes and the fee is 2670 JPY.
- Take Airport Limousine Bus.
It takes about 75 - 105 minutes and the fee is 3100 JPY.
In Shibuya, there are two bus stops.

From Haneda Airport to Shibuya Station.
It may useful
Access information from Haneda Airport.
Basically, there are three ways.
- Take Keikyu line and change at Shinagawa station and take Yamanote Line.
It takes about 40 minutes and the fee is 580 JPY.
- Take Tokyo Monorail and change at Hamamatsucho Station and take Yamanote Line.
It takes about 45 minutes and the fee is 690 JPY.
- Take Airport Limousine Bus.
It takes about 40 - 65 minutes and the fee is 1030 JPY.
In Shibuya, there are three bus stops.
You cah find bus stops
"Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel (6)" and "Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu (8)"
in this map.
There are few bus which stop at the third bus stop "Shibuya west exit".
- From Shibuya Station to Hotels.
Shibuya Station is one of the most complicated station in the world.
You can find Hotels near Shibuya station in this map.
Taking a taxi may be the easiest way.
- From Shibuya Station to the Conference Venue.

Take Keio Inokashira line (local train) from Shibuya Station and get off at Komaba Todai Mae Station.
Please notice that Express train does not stop at Komaba Todai Mae Station.
It takes about 5 minutes and the fee is 130 JPY.
And it takes another 5 minutes from the station to the Conference Venue (see the blue line in the map below).

It takes 20-30 minutes from Shibuya Station to the Conference Venue by walk (see the red line in the map below).
