Masaki IZUMI won the 31st Inoue Prize for Science
Dr. IZUMI, Masaki, a professor at Graduate School of Science, Kyoto University, was awarded the 31st Inoue Prize for Science for his contributions to "the Theory of Operator Algebras". In prior, Dr. Izumi won the 2010 MSJ Autumn Prize and the 1996 Takebe Prize of the Mathematical Society of Japan.
